Fleming Complete worked under a tight deadline to accommodate the Penske team with the unveiling of their new truck line in November. It was critical to have the project completed prior to the holiday rush.

Approximately 2.4 acres of dirt lot was converted into an asphalt parking lot to service the overflow. Although the main focus was asphalt, the Fleming package included special consideration for landscaping and irrigation, dolly pad and stripping, which is why Fleming Complete is your One Call – Problem Solved.

Fleming Complete was also called on to install one of the first new monument signs on the Penske store fronts. The Fleming team worked closely with the City of Phoenix to ensure the structure was in compliance with local codes.

The highly skilled technicians were able to perform the tasks with little interference or disruption to Penske’s daily operations. After removing the existing siding, Fleming installed a heavy gauge steel frame for the arc to be properly created and mounted. Special attention was given to precautionary measures to eliminate the potential for water damage as the team met the aggressive deadline in the midst of Arizona’s monsoon storm season.
